Not so simple

Do I really have to take out everything? What about that dead tree?

Yes, take it out.

But I like it.

Take it out.

But it’s cool.

Take it out.

Never!

Never?

Maybe the next version, I’ll take it out. Just to see. Because you never know. I might like it better then.

About Marie Marfia

Once upon a time I went to a belly dancing class and promptly fell in love with my instructor and her students. As a result, I'm on a mission to complete 100 portraits of belly dancers using soft pastels. I am hoping that by the end of this project I'll have gained some mastery of pastels and of myself. Feel free to stop by and share my journey as I learn about pastels, art and the life of a daily painter.
